January in the south is hit and miss with the cold weather, especially when you get a little further south. Moving here from metro Atlanta, we were surprised that the brief cold snaps were followed by warm days, sometimes going up in the 70s! Global warming....? I think it's more ...

We live in what many folks refer to as "rural Georgia" but don't let that fool ya! We are blessed beyond measure even in the small towns in Georgia.
Our town is referred to as the "Bird Dog Capitol of the World"; but then again, so is Union City, Alabama... ...
